Sammy is a 12 year-old Cocker Spaniel. My wife and I have been proud dog parents to Sammy since she was 8 months old. But late last year, we noticed a troublesome trend starting to develop with Sammy – she was vomiting a lot more than usual.
It wasn’t unusual for Sammy to vomit a bit if we gave her the wrong kind of table scraps or if she was just having an off day. But after she turned 12, she started vomiting at least once a week off her normal dry food.
We tried switching her food, changing her diet and eliminating table scraps altogether but nothing was working. Finally, we stumbled upon a supplement that has really made an improvement in Sammy’s digestive health.

The Product
First of all, there are a lot of great ingredients in Pet Honesty 10 in 1 Dog Multivitamin so right off the bat we were impressed. It contains Niacin, Vitamin A, Chondroitin, Glucosamine, Zinc, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B2 just to name a few.
These are the same kinds of ingredients we take in our own multivitamins! Pet Honesty 10 in 1 Dog Multivitamin comes as a chewable treat that Sammy has no problem scarfing down. And for Sammy specifically, it’s got pumpkin and 1 billion active probiotic cultures.
This is a multivitamin that helps with things like dog immunities, coat health, heart health and even joint health. It’s loaded with vitamins that would be healthy for a human not to mention dogs. And most of the ingredients are naturally sourced.
What We Like About Pet Honesty 10 In 1
First and foremost, we like that Pet Honesty 10 in 1 Dog Multivitamin did the job we wanted it to do. It stopped Sammy from vomiting so frequently. She seems much more comfortable after eating and we don’t hear her tummy rumble as often as we used to.
We also like the fact that there are lots of other health benefits. We have noticed that Sammy’s coat looks shinier and healthier. We don’t have to brush her quite so often just to keep her coat from drying out or accumulating excess grease.
What We Don’t Like
There are a few claims that the producers of Pet Honesty 10 in 1 Dog Multivitamin make that we can’t really substantiate on a day-to-day basis. We know that her vomiting is down but for example, we don’t know if her heart is any healthier which is an advertised benefit of these multi-vitamins.
It wouldn’t be an issue if we didn’t think that we might be paying for benefits that may or may not be legit.

Final Thoughts
If your dog has digestive issues like our Sammy, we highly recommend Pet Honesty 10 in 1 Dog Multivitamin. It got her back to normal in just a couple weeks and she really likes the way they taste.
While we are currently unsure of the other purported health benefits (we plan to get her checked out at the vet soon and ask about her heart, allergies etc.), we know that it has worked for the purposes that Sammy needed and that’s the important thing.
They are also not as expensive as you would imagine a high-quality multivitamin would be. They worked for Sammy and they can work for your pet too so give them a try!
